Our 2009 design contest focuses on big beautiful garments. Here's a look at some of our past winners. For yarn, choose from our 30 new colors of Supersock Select hand dyed semi solids plus you can throw in a hank or two of Supersock Select Colorways if you desire. Over twenty stores already have the Select Semis yarn in stock

Here are the rules and submission guidelines. Once again we will award 4 prizes and first prize is $1000. Send in your original designs by December 31st. We will return any garment that did not make our top 10 at the expense of Cherry Tree Hill. Then the run off begins on line and everyone gets to vote!
We are so excited and can't wait to see your creations knit from our new shaded solids. Some colors are scarce already and one or two are sold out. If you are having trouble locating a color, email us and we will help you find it. We will be showing the semi solids at Stitches South in our sponsor booth. Stop by to see the new colors!
Remember, our finished product is your raw material.

We will be showing Skye's Traveling Cloak from the third Chapter of my new book Potluck Yarn in the fashion show at Stitches. The colorway is called Glacier Ice and as soon as we finish writing the pattern we will be able to tell you how much yarn the kit will take and what it will cost. We are also showing a new dress designed by Debbie O'Neill and knit from Supersock Select in the fashion show. Hope to see you there!
